What is the Stewardship Board?

Northwest Neighborhoods and the Capitol Theatre Stewardship Board are committed to maintaining the Capitol Theatre as a neighborhood asset. The purpose of the Capitol Board is to provide strategic oversight, financial guidance, and operational direction for the Capitol Theatre to ensure its long-term sustainability as a community and cultural asset. This Capitol Board shall work in alignment with Northwest Neighborhoods, the Capitol’s owner, and shall develop and recommend operational models that enable the Capitol to thrive.
